Established in 1984 by Helen and Dr. Jim Watts, Fox Creek Wines has long been a hallmark of McLaren Vale — an award-winning winery known for crafting elegant, expressive wines that embody the region’s character and charm. Over the decades, it has become a name synonymous with quality, community, and South Australian wine heritage.

In 2021, long-time friends and industry colleagues Ben Gibson, Jock Harvey, and Dim Georgiadis took the reins, continuing the Fox Creek story with a renewed sense of energy and respect for its roots. By mid-2025, the custodianship passed to Maxwell Wines, ensuring the preservation of this beloved label and its deep connection to McLaren Vale.

Today, the commitment remains the same: to honour the land, the growers, and the loyal community that shaped Fox Creek’s legacy. The wines continue to be crafted locally, in collaboration with trusted growers, staying true to the regional style that generations of Club members know and love.
