The bottom line is that Label Wines wants to guarantee your happiness. So if at any point you are not happy with your wines, or our services for that matter, please get in touch with us via the form below and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Feedback is how we become better!

If your order or wine club delivery arrives late or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will aim to replace any breakages that occur during transit as quickly as possible with minimal disruption. Similarly, if you experience any other problem with your order or delivered wines, please get in touch and we will aim to resolve the matter. We can’t accept returns simply because you change your mind after an order has been sent, but we will surely do our best to find a good solution even then.

Label Wines will at all times adhere to all Returns Policies and Cooling-Off Periods applicable for online sales in each of our delivery countries.
