Perched high above the plains of northern Spain, Bodegas Gondomar del Reino calls the village of Fompedraza home — a striking landscape in Valladolid, at the heart of the Ribera del Duero. Here, vineyards climb to over 1,000 metres, making them among the highest in the northern hemisphere. The result: wines of remarkable depth and elegance, born from dramatic temperature shifts and ancient soils.

Tempranillo is the soul of Gondomar del Reino — powerful, poised, and expressive. Each wine is a study in balance: dark fruit meets spice, strength meets grace. Aged in both French and American oak, the wines develop complex layers of black cherry, licorice, vanilla, and cocoa, with a finish as persistent as the land itself.
