The selection will always offer up interesting and knowledge broadening wines of the utmost quality, all meant to cater for the true wine lover wanting to broaden their horizons.
This truly is the cool club, where focus is solely on wines that should be served cold or chilled, whether it be whites, sparkling or a rosé. Beyond that you can be sure to receive a seasonal, personalized selection of high-quality wines offering both variety, depth of flavour, and insights into how careful aging influences wines also in this category.

Our Top Tier will naturally be leaning towards award winning reds, but you will also see some outstanding and hopefully eye-opening examples of top-flight whites and exceptional bubbles. The wines will be released in a ready-aged condition, but always with some remaining cellaring potential.
