Description
Whistler Wines are back with another fantastic drop, and now with brand new names and labelling each telling their own unique story. For the Atypical Shiraz, the ide is to create a lighter, fresher and fruit driven style of Barossa Shiraz, in an attempt at writing a new chapter in the Barossa Shiraz history book. With its vibrant purple hue, this wine exudes an abundance of blueberry and black olive aromas. The inclusion of whole bunches imparts a dried herb quality, lending freshness to the palate. Thanks to the slightly cooler and longer growing season in 2022, this wine showcases generous notes of red and dark fruit, making it a delightful standalone beverage or a complementary pairing with red meat dishes. Made to drink young, but will cellar well for 5+ years.
