An exciting and contemporary expression of Nebbiolo, FLOS sits at the intersection of experimentation and tradition — part of Negretti’s modern, screw-capped Langhe range. Crafted from Barolo’s noble grape, this wine offers a fresh and expressive take on Nebbiolo, capturing both its aromatic allure and its unmistakable sense of place. In the glass, it shows a captivating spectrum of colour, shifting from purple-red to violet and blue hues. The nose is elegant and clear in its complexity, revealing classic Nebbiolo florals alongside blue plum, blueberry, blackberry and morello cherry. It’s aromatic and inviting, with a sense of lift and precision. On the palate, the wine reveals its pedigree with confidence — vibrant yet silky tannins frame a gentle, pulpy core of fruit, while a persistent but soft line of acidity guides the palate between fruit and minerality. The balance is seamless, giving the wine both intrigue and flow, with aromatic sensations that linger long after the finish. Made to be enjoyed in its youth for its freshness and clarity, yet crafted with enough structure to cellar gracefully for medium term. Founded in 2002 by brothers Ezio and Massimo Negretti, this family-owned winery sits in the heart of La Morra, one of Barolo’s most celebrated villages. Rooted in generations of grape growing, the Negretti brothers have transformed their family’s heritage into a modern expression of artisan winemaking — producing wines that reflect the individuality of each vineyard and the soul of Piedmont itself.
With deep respect for nature, Negretti works by hand and by instinct, using gentle vineyard practices like green harvesting and low yields to allow purity and balance to shine. Their philosophy is guided by physics over chemistry — a belief that the rhythm of the vineyard and the integrity of the fruit should lead every decision.
Barolo is their flagship, crafted from 100% Nebbiolo and known for its elegance, complexity, and aging potential. Alongside it, Langhe Nebbiolo offers a graceful introduction to the region’s hallmark grape, while Barbera, Dolcetto, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay complete the range — each wine distinct yet united by finesse, structure, and expressive terroir.
