Drawing fruit from a diverse tapestry of regional vineyard sites, Varney Wines crafts this cuvée as a thoughtful seasonal puzzle, assembling Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre into a wine that speaks both of place and precision. Old bush vine Grenache forms the aromatic heart of the blend, offering lifted perfume and vibrant red fruit clarity. Shiraz contributes mid-palate richness, spice and gently chewy tannin structure, while Mourvèdre provides grounding savoury nuance and structural poise.
