A beautifully composed Rhône-style blend that brings together Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre in perfect harmony – a wine that feels both classic in inspiration and effortlessly modern in its expression. The 2022 vintage provided ideal ripening conditions, allowing each variety to shine with clarity and balance.  In the glass, it shows a bright ruby red hue, vibrant and inviting. The nose is distinctly aromatic, unfolding with ripe red fruits – cherries and raspberries – laced with gentle spice, offering both freshness and warmth.  The palate is generous yet refined, with layers of cherry, cranberry and raspberry flowing seamlessly across a silky texture. Beneath the fruit lies a subtle savoury core, where earthy and lightly leathery notes intertwine with hints of dried raisin and spice, adding depth and intrigue. The finish is smooth, lingering and beautifully composed.  Crafted from certified organic estate fruit, each variety was individually picked, fermented and matured for fourteen months in a combination of French and American oak before careful blending. The result is a wine that respects the character of each component while delivering a cohesive and balanced whole – a true nod to the classic Rhône tradition.  A perfect partner for grilled meats, slow-cooked dishes or Mediterranean-inspired plates. Drinking beautifully now, with the structure and balance to evolve gracefully over the next decade, where further savoury complexity will continue to emerge.
