Deep ruby in colour, the nose reveals dark red fruits, cherry, mulberry, and raspberry, underpinned by hints of aniseed and mixed spice. The palate is medium-bodied yet richly layered, with silky tannins and a gentle oak thread adding complexity. The fruit flows seamlessly through to a balanced, mouth-filling, and persistent finish — smooth, supple, and beautifully composed. An elegant match for grilled or roasted red meats, duck breast, or spicy Asian dishes like a red curry.
