Dewey Station Wines is a boutique winery founded by husband-and-wife duo Stefan and Ellie Dewey in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Built on the pillars of family, fun, food, flavour, and friendship, the label celebrates connection — both to people and to place. The name itself honours generations of the Dewey and Innocent families, whose history on England’s railway lines inspired a brand that’s always in motion.

In the winery, Stefan and Ellie take a minimal-intervention, fruit-forward approach, allowing the Barossa’s character to shine through with honesty and vibrancy. Their philosophy is simple: let the land speak, keep the process pure, and make wines that bring joy to the table.
