Crafted in a small release of just 600 bottles, Coulter Wines delivers a Pinot Noir that balances varietal authenticity with irresistible drinkability and youthful charm.  Shows a translucent ruby hue with classic Pinot aromatics of spicy red berry fruit unfolding alongside notes of sous bois and the lifted complexity of whole-bunch inclusion. Hints of sour-sweet cherry, aniseed and gentle chocolate add depth, while subtle truffle-like savouriness brings intrigue.  The palate is silky and flowing, revealing layers of red berry fruit and juicy cherry framed by soft, polished tannins. A mid-palate “sweet spot” provides generosity and approachability, while sweet spice and earthy undertones add complexity without weight.
