And on top of that and their excellent sense of humour, they make some amazingly good drops of wine. Here exemplified by the brilliant 2021 Breaker Blend. A perfect blend of Barossas two major grape gems, Grenache and Shiraz, which has now surfed its way all the way to Europe. The wine has a lovely fresh bouquet of lavender floral, with hints of candy and forage chocolate. On the palate, an explosion of primary fruits, followed by silky elegant mouth feel and soft delicious tannins. Created to drink young, but with a quality to cellar for up to 5 years. Serve with a cheese and charcuterie board or a summers BBQ.
