The 2019 vintage brings together Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc in perfect harmony — each variety contributing its signature character to create a wine of depth, balance, and impressive presence. Rich, structured, and beautifully layered, it stands as a testament to the estate’s blending mastery. Shows a deep red-to-purple colour with an enticing bouquet of blueberry, cassis, and blackberry. Notes of black forest cake, chocolate, coffee, nutmeg, and a gentle lift of mint add complexity and intrigue. The palate is full-bodied and generous, offering bright flavours of redcurrant, blueberry, cassis, and cherry. A creamy mid-palate unfolds with hints of milk chocolate, vanilla, and brown spice, supported by a fresh line of acidity and an elegant tannin structure that carries the wine seamlessly from start to finish.
