We are very happy to bring back another trademark Australian Sparkling Shiraz under our own label, and this exquisite drop comes from the luscious warm climate of the Hunter Valley. A full-bodied red bubbly packed full of flavour and ready to pop. This style of sparkling red wine is well suited the adventurous drinker, displaying distinct aromas of plum, cherry and chocolate with some earthy characters on the nose supporting a bold and complex taste of berries, cherries, spice, and liquorice. Well suited as an interesting aperitif but will also pair beautifully with everything from heavier red grilled meats to lighter dishes of duck or chicken. The fruity undertones of the Shiraz pairs well with the meats, while the light bubbles will help cut through some of the salt and richness. Red bubbles are also great to serve alongside your favourite cheese platter. Ready to drink now but will cellar well for another 6-8 years.
