Crafted by the Negretti family in Barolo, this wine delivers an affordable and authentic glimpse into the character, structure and aromatic charm that define the region’s most celebrated wines. In the glass, it shows a captivating violet-red colour with a lustrous amaranth sheen. The nose is lifted and expressive, opening with ripe fruit, cherry and raspberry, framed by subtle floral and herbal nuances that add freshness and clarity. The palate begins smoothly, revealing flavours of ripe currants and red berries, guided by vibrant acidity. Gentle notes of chamomile and menthol bring lift and elegance, while the texture remains silky, graceful and velvety. The finish is refined and evolving, with delicate vanilla notes lingering on the aftertaste. Drinking beautifully now, yet with the balance and structure to cellar further for the medium term.
