Part of Taltarni’s Dynamic range, this Chardonnay takes its cue from the environments in which the fruit is grown, offering a more refreshing, fruit-forward expression than the winery’s traditional styles. It’s a modern take that balances vibrancy and texture with ease. In the glass, the wine shows a brilliant straw colour. The nose is lifted and inviting, opening with stone fruit and citrus, framed by a subtle flinty oak note. On the palate, vibrant fruit is supported by gentle oak and lees-derived complexity, while natural acidity drives length and freshness through a creamy, textured profile. Regional influence from the Pyrenees and other cool-climate Victorian vineyard sites adds definition and clarity, giving the wine both character and balance. Drinking beautifully now, yet with enough structure to cellar confidently for a few more years. A bright, polished Chardonnay — expressive, approachable and quietly refined.
