Part of Taltarni’s Dynamic range, this Cuvée Rosé is inspired by the natural environments in which the fruit is grown, delivering a brighter, more refreshing expression than traditional sparkling styles. Designed to highlight vibrancy and approachability, it offers both charm and structure in equal measure. In the glass, the wine displays a delicate pale salmon hue. The nose is fresh and expressive, revealing aromas of strawberry, rose water and subtle brioche. On the palate, plush red berry flavours unfold with a layered, textural feel, carried through to a seamless, polished finish. Regional influence plays a key role, with fruit grown on red clay, quartz and sandy loam soils under slow-ripening conditions of warm days and cool nights — an ideal setting for producing crisp, balanced sparkling wines. Drinking beautifully now, yet with the balance to cellar gracefully for up to five years. A natural match for smoked salmon, charcuterie or mixed sushi, where its freshness and texture truly shine.
