Part of Taltarni’s Dynamic range, this Pinot Noir reflects a lighter, more refreshing expression inspired by the cool-climate environments in which the fruit is grown. Designed to highlight purity of fruit and immediacy, it offers a silky, approachable style with softer tannins and bright regional character. In the glass, the wine shows a beautiful light cherry-red colour. The nose is fresh and inviting, opening with aromas of strawberry and cherry, subtly lifted by a hint of charred oak. On the palate, sweet red cherry flavours drive a vibrant, silky texture, flowing through to a long, clean and composed finish. Drinking beautifully now for its freshness and charm, yet with the balance to develop gracefully in the medium term. A natural partner to prime-cut barbecue skewers, pan-seared duck breast or roast pork, where its brightness and elegance really shine.
