Drawing on fruit from the Pyrenees alongside select cool-climate sites in the Alpine Valleys, Adelaide Hills and Tasmania, this wine brings together freshness, depth and regional character in seamless harmony. Crafted in the traditional method from classic sparkling varieties — Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier — the blend is Pinot dominant, combining 60% current vintage with 40% reserve wine aged in stainless steel and older French oak. In the glass, it shows a light bronze colour with a delicate pink hue, reflecting the influence of Pinot Noir. The nose and palate are bright and fruit-driven, offering white peach and ripe strawberry flavours lifted by a hint of citrus. A creamy, textured mid-palate flows into a crisp, refreshing finish, delivering both immediate appeal and impressive balance.
